Can you please explain us more about this.............What do you mean by saying Diagnostic Damage Software............?

 we had the same problem when we updated the software. we reported it to suport but they never got back to us. We found you have deleat the Bmw app and then reinstall it. it is the only way we got the Bmw software to work again. 

I don't get it,how do they screw that up....??????guys get a Launch !it will serve very
well as a backup....seriously it will be a life saver...I'm going to reinstall previous bmw
software.
